  1. Greetings! Very useful advice in this particular article! It’s the little changes that will make the biggest changes.
    Thanks a lot for sharing!

  2. Hello would you mind sharing whhich blog platform you’re
working with? I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m having a hard time
    selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
The reason I ask is because your design annd style seems different then most blogs andd I’m looking for something unique.
P.S Sory for being off-topic but I had to ask!

    1. Sure,

I am using WordPress for this particular website. I have experience with all above mentioned platforms, and I would definitely recommend to stick with WordPress. WordPress has the biggest market share of open source web platforms for a good reason, for most general websites this is the best solution. If you are doing something more complex that requires alot of database arrangements, you may want to go with Drupal. But in my experience 9 times out of 10 WordPress is the best solution.

  3. Hey there! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any issues with hackers?
My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing
many months of hard wokrk due to no backup.
Do you have any solutions to stop hackers?

    1. I have personally coding and designing websites for over 10 years now. I have had multiple personal and client websites hacked. The fact of the matter is that it is going to happen every once in a while as technology evolves so do the holes for people to get through and inject viruses. But the good news is that with careful planning you can protect yourself by setting up a long term onsite/offsite backup plan. This way if anything happens you can just revert to the website you had before. This saves so much time and energy. I have been hired to clean up the injected code for clients that did not have a backup. This approach ends up costing a lot more in the long run, it is much cheaper to purchase a maintenance plan. This is like having insurance. We offer a number of maintenance plans that cover you in the event of being hacked. You can view them here: http://hawtinconsulting.com/wordpress-maintenance-packages/ Best of luck! 🙂
